Our job is to let your property. By choosing a suitable tenant and understanding his/ her requirements we will compile a selection of all matching properties. Once a suitable property is identified we will contact the landlord for acceptance. After the Landlord’s acceptance we will draw up the relevant contract, forming an agreement between both parties. An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. An advance rental payment and deposit are required prior to the commencement of the tenancy. Then the deposit is reimbursed at the end of tenancy agreement. With the signing of the contract between the parties and transferring the utilities into the name of the tenant the keys are handed over.
